Friday:
Welcome Reception: Early afternoon (3-4pm) at Vernuer (Alpine Mountain Farmhouse).
Shuttle bus from Merano to Vernuer, visit the farmhouse and surrounding fields, walk up the the little church of Vernuer (100 meters difference in height, 10-15 minutes walk or shuttle, for those who have problems walking).
Event includes: Welcome devotion/holy mass (short), aperitive in the nearby little restaurant – they have not lots of capacity, so still to see, if only aperitive and little snacks or more.
Return to accommodations in Merano via shuttle, early evening.
Optional Friday Activities
- Guided hike (with mountain guide – extra cost) up to the farmhouse, 500-800 meters difference in height, depending, if bus for a part or not, take packed lunch (I’m not sure, if hats up there for having lunch, will check it), approx.. 3,5 hours, start around 10 am, back with shuttle
- Meet with Renate Abrahm (helped Tony Prinster with historical information for the book), tells about Meran, coffee, 1-1,5 hours (just the cost for the coffee)

Saturday:
6pm – Official Evening in the Pavillion de fleurs (if around 120-140 people, as expensive), in the centre, next to the river and 5 minutes walking distance to all accommodation.
With catering, music, and with official programme, which we have to decide in details (family tree, pictures, speeches). This is the program which costs most.
Optional Saturday Activities
- 10 am – Guided bike ride to explore the Passeier Valley. Approx 4 hours including lunch. Extra cost for with helmet, bike, lunch etc.
- Walk with the Prünsters (explore the Passeier Valley), we drive to Saltaus, take the funicular to the HIrzer. Longer walk, around 3 hours (led by Ivo, Florian, Christian for example), short walk, around 1,5-2 hours (led by Bernadette and me…), lunch on a hat. Costs for lunch and funicular (maybe sponsored in part)

Sunday:
3pm – Closing BBQ or Reception. Currently two locations are being considered: Forst-Brauhaus or Lake Caldaro
Optional Sunday Activities
- 11am – Swimming, exploring at Lake of Caldaro including, 1 hour from Merano, which offers the lake for swimming, a 2 hours walk around + coffee or a visit at the MMM (Messner Mountain Museum)
- Prinsters/Prünsters: walk – see Hirzer,
- Yoga with Tari Prinster
- Jogging led by Megan and Ivo.
